Richard A. Yarmey and Jeanne C. Yar-mey, his wife, (Yarmeys) appeal from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Luzerne County (trial court) which ordered them to pay all costs, expenses and attorney’s fees in connection with then-appeal from a prior order of the trial court dismissing their land use appeal for refusal to post a bond. 1 We now affirm in part and vacate and remand in part.
