1Opinion of the CourtHastings, C. J.

Defendant appeals her convictions following a jury trial of the offenses of perjury, a Class III felony under Neb. Rev. Stat. § 28-915 (Reissue 1989), and making a false statement under oath, a Class I misdemeanor within the meaning of Neb. Rev. Stat. § 28-915.01 (Reissue 1989). She was sentenced to prison terms of 1 to 20 years and 1 year, to be served concurrently. Defendant assigns as error the insufficiency of the evidence because of the lack of corroboration of eyewitness testimony, the admission of certain photographic exhibits, and the excessiveness of the sentences. We affirm.
