This matter came before the Supreme Court on the appeal of the defendant, Edward W. Machala d.b.a. Bryrik Builders, from a judgment entered by the Superior Court upon jury verdicts in favor of the plaintiffs, Joseph and Cherubina DeChristo-faro, who brought claims for breach of contract, conversion, and punitive damages.
