—Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Broome County (Smith, J.), rendered October 18, 1995, convicting defendant upon her plea of guilty of the crime of arson in the third degree.
After hearing the evidence that would be offered at trial, defendant pleaded guilty to the crime of arson in the third degree in full satisfaction of a two-count indictment. Contrary to defendant’s assertion, her inability to recall the events of the fire did not effect her ability to understand the consequences of her plea agreement.
