This appeal is from a judgment of the superior court in and for the city and county of San Francisco in favor of the plaintiff as administratrix of the estate of Walter AY. Mappin, deceased, against the defendant for the sum of twenty-five thousand dollars damages arising out of injuries sustained by, and the death therefrom of, said W. W. Mappin, her husband, while an employee of said defendant and through its alleged negligence.
