John P. Pfefferle died January 1st, 1892, leaving him surviving his widow, Margaret E. Pfefferle, who was his second wife and who has since married, and whose name is now Margaret E. McClellan, and his three children, Florence, Gertrude and Frederick, by his first wife, and two children, Ida and Oscar, by his second wife. At the time of his death Florence was twelve years old, Gertrude, nine; Frederick, seven; Oscar, two, and Ida, three months.
