This matter is before the Court on the Attorney General’s Motion to Vacate the Court’s Order of October 2, 2006, which expunged Petitioner’s record of having been charged with trespassing and grand larceny.

The events leading up to this Motion are fairly simple, if regrettable. Petitioner filed a Petition for Expungement on August 24,2006. The Petition alleged that the Petitioner had been charged with littering on October 10, 2004, and with grand larceny on November 30, 2005.
