Plaintiffs Matt Kardovich, Lila Chui, and Cindy Chang bring a putative class action grounded in various state statutory and common law claims, alleging that defendant Pfizer, Inc. has engaged in pervasive and deceptive labeling of Centrum branded multivitamins.
