MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

This matter comes before the Court on the motion of the Federal Land Bank of Columbia (“Movant”) for relief from the automatic stay pursuant to 11 U.S.C. 1 § 362(d)(1) 2 and 11 U.S.C. § 362(d)(2). 3
On October 1, 1976, Harold D. Rye, the father of the debtor, Willard D. Rye, executed a note payable to the movant in the principal sum of $97,000. To secure the payment of the note, Harold D.
