— Reversing.

JB. P. Wilson sued Rosa Moore to recover the sum of $286 for services rendered in burying her former bus-band. At tbe same time be sued out an attachment, which was levied on a Jewett automobile as tbe property of tbe defendant. During tbe progress of tbe action Clarence Moore, Rosa’s stepson, intervened and asserted title to tbe automobile. Tbe jury found for Wilson, and tbe court sustained tbe attachment. A new trial was granted for tbe sole purpose of determining tbe true ownership of tbe automobile. At tbe conclusion of tbe evidence tbe court…
