The defendant in this action has filed a motion asking this Court to reconsider its order denying the defendant’s motion for summary judgment, entered on October 14, 1986. 648 F.Supp. 1148. The basis for this motion is the allegation that the Court neglected relevant Nevada case law when denying that motion, and that it did not consider part of the defendant’s legal theory that was alleged in the summary judgment motion.
