This is an appeal from a judgment of the circuit court of Cook County rendered in an administrative review action, which judgment affirmed the decision of the Illinois Department of Public Aid removing Littrell Fitzpatrick, one of plaintiff’s children, from plaintiff’s Aid to Families with Dependent Children (AFDC) grant. Ill.Rev. Stat. 1969, ch. 23, par. 4 — 1 et seq.
