In this case, we are asked to determine whether an enforceable oral contract resulted from a series of conversations between two experienced businessmen: appellant Patrick Strauss, President of Icon Insurance Group, Inc. (“Icon”), and appel-lee Christopher Schrichte, President of ap-pellee NewMarket Global Consulting Group, LLC (“NewMarket”).
