Plaintiff Raymond S. Craddock brought suit against Torrence Oil Company, a Michigan corporation, and its driver, defendants, and recovered a judgment in the sum of $2,600 in accordance with the jury’s verdict. Plaintiff suffered personal injuries on November 12,1945, as a result of a motor vehicle collision on a hill near the intersection of "Woodward and Euclid avenues in the city of Birmingham, Michigan.
