ORDER AND JUDGMENT
HORN, Judge.
On June 23, 1999, the court issued an opinion on the merits of the above-captioned case after a lengthy trial. The opinion issued earlier by the court is incorporated into this order. In the opinion, the court held that the plaintiff/counter-defendant, UMC, had presented a fraudulent claim for equitable adjustment of a contract to the government on June 11, 1992. Pursuant to the Special Plea in Fraud statute, 28 U.S.C. § 2514 (1994), the court held that forfeiture of UMC’s claim against the United States was warranted.
