HILL, Circuit Judge.
This is an appeal from a denial of a petition for a writ of habeas corpus entered in the court below after an evi-dentiary hearing. Petitioner is presently confined in the Kansas State Penitentiary serving two consecutive terms of life imprisonment imposed after his plea of guilty to two counts of first degree murder. He has exhausted his available state remedies.
While several issues were presented to the court below, the sole ground urged here for reversal is that appellant’s constitutional rights were violated in the state court proceedings in that he was denied counsel…
