Plaintiff brought executory proceedings August 27, 1925, on a note for One thousand, eight hundred thirty-five ($1,835.00) Dollars, dated September 14, 1922, made by the Federal Machine Shop, Incorporated, secured by a chattel mortgage recorded on same date on certain machinery contained in the premises No. 706 N. Rampart Street.
