This is an appeal from a summary judgment denying a claim for uninsured motorist coverage. Harry and Pam Jankowiak, individually and as next friends of their minor daughter, Laci Jankowiak, (the “Jankowiaks”) filed suit against Allstate Property & Casualty Insurance Company (“Allstate”) and others for bodily injuries Laci suffered in a car accident.
