¶1 We here consider whether the good-faith exception to the exclusionary rule applies, in a prosecution for driving under the influence ("DUI"), to admit blood evidence unconstitutionally obtained after State v. Butler , 232 Ariz. 84 , 302 P.3d 609 (2013), but before State v. Valenzuela ( Valenzuela II ), 239 Ariz. 299 , 371 P.3d 627 (2016). We hold that the good-faith exception applies because application of the exclusionary rule in these circumstances would not meaningfully deter police misconduct.
