GUAY, Circuit Judge.

This is an appeal by libelant from a final decree in admiralty of the district court for the Eastern district of Pennsylvania, entered June 15, 1900, dismissing the libel, with costs. 102 Fed. 362. The libel was in rem, and was filed to recover the sum of 82,157.38, as alleged damages' to 65 bales of goatskins, shipped at London, England, on or about September 10, 1897, and delivered at Philadelphia on or about October 8, 1897, by the steamship St. Hubert.
