The defendant, John Dupigney, appeals from the judgment of conviction, following concurrent jury and court trials, of murder in violation of General Statutes § 53a-54a, carrying a pistol without a permit in violation of General Statutes § 29-35 (a) and criminal possession of a pistol or revolver in violation of General Statutes § 53a-217c.
