This case is before us for the second time. Because of certain prejudicial errors occurring in the first trial, we reversed the judgment then entered. See, Lewis v. People, 99 Colo. 102, 60 P. (2d) 1089. The facts are fully set forth in our former opinion and we therefore deem it unnecessary to repeat them in their entirety. On the second trial, as on the first, defendants were found guilty of the charge of embezzlement and are here again seeking reversal upon numerous assignments of error.
