This is an appeal from the grant of a preliminary injunction based upon circumstances which arose out of a labor dispute. We reverse.
The plaintiff operates a plant in Aliceville. Some of its employees began a strike against the company during the early morning hours of September 13, 1976. That same day the plaintiff petitioned the Pickens County Circuit Court for a temporary restraining order, naming the International Molders Allied Workers Union, AFL-CIO-CLC, and H.H.
