ON RELATOR’S PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS

CHAPA, Chief Justice.

Relator, Union City Body Co., Inc. (Union City), brings this petition for writ of mandamus against respondent, the Honorable Mar*198io Ramirez, a visiting judge from the 229th Judicial District Court of Starr County, Texas. For the following reasons, we conclude the writ must be denied.
