This is an action for declaratory judgment commenced by Government Employees Insurance Company (GEICO) seeking judgment exonerating it of liability under its combination automobile insurance policy issued to Morgan Walter Wilson in connection with claims asserted by reason of an automobile accident which occurred on or about December 2, 1971. By a consent order dated January 15, 1973, the defendants, L. A.
