OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Jack Adams, appeals the judgment of the Crawford County Court of Common Pleas. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.

{¶ 2} On October 11, 2004, a deputy was dispatched in reference to a male "slumped" over the steering wheel of a vehicle located at a stop sign on an exit ramp off of U.S. 30. Adams was transported to the Crawford County Sheriffs Office where Adams refused to take the breath test.
