This is a creditor’s bill in equity, the material averments of which are that on November 29, 1911, the complainant obtained in an action at law in the circuit court of the first circuit of the Territory a judgment, duly entered, in the sum of $8711.87 against the respondent corporation, that execution was issued on the judgment and returned wholly unsatisfied, that the judgment remains in force and wholly unpaid, that the other respondents are stockholders in the corporation and are indebted to it in certain specified amounts for unpaid subscriptions to the…
