Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Fulton County (Jung, J.), entered February 26, 1993, which, inter alia, granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 6, for custody of the parties’ son.

The parties, never married to each other, have a son born in April 1987. Respondent had custody of the child and petitioner enjoyed liberal visitation. On June 25, 1992, the parties entered a stipulation before Family Court which permitted respondent to relocate to Georgia but provided petitioner with expansive vacation period visitation.
