MEMORANDUM OPINION REGARDING THE UNITED STATES’ MOTION TO DISMISS

Came before the Court on the 12th day of December 1997 the United States’ Motion to Dismiss Debtor’s Complaint to Avoid Lien and Supporting Brief, filed October 22, 1997 (“Motion to Dismiss”).
