MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This matter comes before the Court on the Plaintiffs Motion for Summary Judgment in the above-captioned Adversary Proceeding and for Judgment on the Plaintiffs Motion for Entry of Rule to Show Cause Why James Walker Should Not be Held in Civil Contempt. The adversary complaint and the motion for entry of rule to show cause were filed by the Plaintiff in response to a state court action commenced by the Defendants seeking recovery from the Plaintiff for injuries allegedly arising from exposure to silica.
