The within application, pursuant to Code of Criminal Procedure, sections 527-529, is for a certificate that there is reasonable doubt in the belief of the court that the judgment of conviction of the defendant for the crime of forgery in *802the third degree, for which crime he has been sentenced to state’s prison for a term of from one to two years, will stand.

The indictment contains two counts, the first alleging in substance that on March 9, 1921, the defendant, then an officer of the Anti-Saloon League, with intent to defraud, falsely made and caused to be made in a certain book of account…
