This is a proceeding in error to reverse an order of the district court of Oklahoma county confirming the sheriff’s sale of certain real estate in Oklahoma county under a decree of foreclosure. The appeal is brought by petition in error and case-made, and we are met at the threshold of the case with the motion of the defendant E. P. Hostetter to dismiss this appeal for defect of necessary parties defendant in error.
