Appeals (1) from an order of the Supreme Court (Conway, J.), entered November 20, 1990 in Albany County, which granted a motion by defendants Clyde Snedecor and Eleanor Snedecor to dismiss the complaint and all cross claims against them for failure to state a cause of action, and (2) from the judgment entered thereon.
