WALLS, District Judge.

The matter before this Court is the appointment of lead plaintiff and lead counsel in this securities class action against Suprema Specialties, Inc. (“Suprema” or the “Company”) pursuant to Section 21D(a)(3)(B) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the “Exchange Act”) and Section 27(a)(3) of the Securities Act of 1933 (the “Securities Act”), each as amended by the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995 (the “PSLRA” or the “Reform Act”).
