OPINION

RILEY, Judge.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Appellant-Defendant, Billy Julian (Julian), appeals his convictions for Count I, arson, a Class B felony, Ind.Code § 35-43-1-1(A)(1); Count II, burglary, a Class C felony, I.C. § 35-43-2-1; and Count III, attempted theft, a Class D felony, I.C. § 35-43-4-2(A).

We affirm.
