The Meyer-Kiser Bank of Indianapolis, Indiana, a corporation, filed its complaint in the Lake Circuit Court against the Joseph Broadway Realty Company, a corporation, and others, alleging indebtedness due and owing to it from defendants in the sum of $15,329.59, and further alleging the insolvency of said Joseph Broadway Realty Company and praying for the appointment of a receiver for said Joseph Broadway Realty Company.
