This is an action brought by the State of Indiana on relation of Belle Brown for a writ of mandate against Cortez Blue et ah, as and constituting the County Council of Marion County, Indiana; the County Council of Marion County, Indiana, and Charles A. Grossart as Auditor of Marion County, Indiana. The relatrix alleges in her complaint that she is a qualified voter of Center Township, Marion County, Indiana, and entitled to vote in the Primary to be held May 8, 1934, and in the general election to be held in November, 1934.
