MEMORANDUM OPINION

Under most circumstances, there is nothing unfair or suspect about a parent providing financial assistance to a child purchasing a home. And that appears to be all that the Defendant, Terry Hollis (“Hollis”), did in this case. He provided several loans to his daughter and her husband, Debtors Shawna and Mark Matlock (“Matlocks” or “Debtors”), to facilitate the purchase of a new home.
