Great Atlantic Insurance Co. (Great Atlantic) appeals from a final order entered in the District Court1 for the Eastern District of Missouri granting the motion of Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. (Liberty Mutual) for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or, in the alternative, for new trial. Great Atlantic Insurance Co. v. Liberty Mutual Insurance Co., 576 F.Supp. 561 (E.D.Mo.1983).
