The defendant juvenile, whom we shall call Alex, aged fourteen at the time, was complained of in the District Court in West Roxbury for delinquency, in that he was alleged to have committed assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, to wit, a red chimney brick, upon Thomas Richardson; the same, upon Robert Lombardi; and assault with the like dangerous weapon upon Thomas Richardson.
