Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Schenectady County (Aison, J.), rendered March 17, 1993, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the *746crimes of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the second degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and unlawful possession of marihuana.
