{¶ 1} Respondent, Rebecca Susan Blair, of Cleveland, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0037270, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1986. In July 2010, relator, Disciplinary Counsel, filed an amended two-count complaint charging respondent with multiple violations of the Code of Professional Responsibility and the Rules of Professional Conduct 1 arising from her mishandling and misappropriation of funds belonging to an incompetent ward, and her failure to properly supervise her employees, which resulted in the filing of a false guardian account and a forged affidavit.
