BEAM, Circuit Judge.
George C. Montgomery appeals from an order of the district court 1 affirming the section 109(g) dismissal of his second bankruptcy petition. We affirm.
I. BACKGROUND
On March 24, 1992, Montgomery filed for bankruptcy protection under Chapter 13 of the Bankruptcy Code. The case was dismissed on June 8,1992, because Montgomery did not attend a section 341 creditors meeting. On August 11, 1992, Montgomery filed a second Chapter 13 petition.
