The plaintiff, Empire Acquisition Group, LLC, appeals from a grant of summary judgment in favor of the defendant, Atlantic Mortgage Company, Inc. The plaintiff contends that summary judgment was improperly granted in favor of the defendant because genuine issues of material fact are in dispute.
