This wrongful death action was filed in Fulton County by the administrators of the estates of Wendy Phillips and Stephen Bell and the guardians of the decedents’ minor children. Named as defendants were James Riffe, driver of the truck that collided with the decedents’ vehicle; Ligón Nationwide, Inc.
