T1 The Appellee, Billy Edward Haworth, was charged by Information in Muskogee County District Court, Case No. CF-2010-1250, with First Degree Manslaughter in the Commission of a Misdemeanor (21 00.98.2001, § 711(1)). On the day of preliminary hearing, April 21, 2011, Haworth filed a demurrer to the Information and motion to quash. The magistrate denied the motion, and Ha-worth was bound over for trial as charged.
