This action was commenced by plaintiff (respondents here) to recover from the defendants the sale price of certain livestock wrongfully sold by them as auctioneers, which property belonged to the plaintiff at the time the sale was made. Defendants answered and denied plaintiff’s ownership and alleged that the property had been decreed to plaintiff’s wife, Freda M. Radermacher, prior to the auction sale by them.
