Plaintiff, Northern Illinois Gas Company (Northern Illinois), filed a six-count complaint against defendants, Vincent DiVito Construction and Vincent DiVito individually, alleging negligence and trespass arising out of three separate incidents in which DiVito damaged Northern Illinois’ service lines.
