BIVINS, Chief Judge.

Defendant appeals his conviction for possession of a firearm by a felon. He has briefed three issues: (1) whether the trial court erred in failing to suppress evidence obtained as the result of an allegedly illegal search and seizure; (2) whether the prosecutor engaged in misconduct by purportedly commenting on defendant’s right to remain silent; and (3) whether the trial court erred in refusing to give instructions concerning defense of property and defense of others.
