The petitioner, Damon Falcon, appeals following the denial of his petition for certification to appeal from the judgment of the habeas court, White, J., dismissing his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. On appeal, the petitioner claims that the court abused its discretion when it concluded that he was not denied the effective assistance of counsel. We dismiss the appeal.
